Since joining Ripple in 2024, Jeric has consistently gone above and beyond—whether caring for our residents, taking pride in our homes, or stepping up when his team needs him.

What stands out most is how he treats people. Jeric truly demonstrates one of the simplest but most important principles in our work: treat others the way you would want to be treated.

And there’s more to celebrate: Jeric recently accepted a Lead position with Ripple! His willingness to take on greater responsibility is a reflection of the care and leadership he has already demonstrated.

We’re excited to announce that Lorri Esper has been promoted to Assistant Regional Director – Marshfield!

Lorri brings an incredible 23 years of experience in the care industry to this new role. She has been a longtime leader at Ripple, consistently proving herself to be dependable, helpful, and—above all—focused on our mission and the people we serve.

Lorri believes deeply that the individuals in our care are never alone, that every person matters, and that every life has value. That perspective has shaped the way she leads and supports both our clients and our team.

In her new role, Lorri will work alongside Regional Director Nikki Andrews to help lead our Marshfield programs forward.

We’re excited to announce that Nikki Andrews has been promoted to Regional Director – Marshfield!

Nikki knows Ripple from the ground up. She began in leadership as a House Manager overseeing multiple programs, where she earned a reputation for solving problems, building strong relationships, and—most importantly—keeping the people we serve at the center of the work.

Her promotion to Regional Director recognizes both what she’s accomplished and the confidence we have in her ability to lead the Marshfield region forward.

Nikki brings over 10 years of experience in the care industry, an open mind, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

We love being able to grow our leaders from within.

Congratulations to Jeric Hembrook who has been promoted to Lead in the Elkhorn region! Jeric takes excellent care of all of our clients, making sure their best interest and wishes are top priority. Clients request to have him work at their house.

He also gets along great with his co-workers and is trusted to be professional, kind, and hard working! Jeric, we are grateful to you and are excited to continue on this mission with you!

Bri has played a vital role at Ripple. Her manager says she has always been a pleasure to work with and does what it takes to get a job done.

Bri has been put in some tough positions and has always strives to do what’s best for the clients and the company.

Zachary Clement - Marshfield Employee of the Month

Since starting at Ripple, Zach has been a phenomenal staff member. Zach has always been polite and professional. He truly lives by Ripple’s values and mission statement in everything he does.

He became a house lead at Sugar Magnolia House in February and in July became an Assistant facility manager. He tries to find ways to bond with staff and his clients and has done well in both respects.

When asked to pick up extra shifts, Zach rarely hesitates, as he always says, “anything for the boys.”

As we continue on our mission to help as many people as we can, as much as we can, for as long as we can, we have promoted key people to continue to new positions that will allow us to continue this mission.

In the Elkhorn Region, Jenny Robinson has been promoted to the position of Facility Manager, and Krissy Shepherd has been promoted to the position of Lead.

In the Marshfield Region, Kimmy Bey, Stephanie Bauer, and Rebecca Smihal have been promoted to the position of Facility Manager, and Zachary Clement and Amanda Bragg have been promoted to the position of Assistant Facility Manager.
