Integrated Body Spirit Located in the Serenity Center, Integrated Body Spirit is a holistic approach to wellness and balancing the mind, body and spirit. Therapist Patrick M. Langone.

At Integrated Body Spirit,( #781-727-6429) I combine multiple modalities of massage therapy and energetic bodywork to assist my clients in reaching physical and spiritual balance and alignment. LMT, APP, Reiki practitioner was trained in multiple modalities of massage at Spa Tech Institute. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is licensed with the state of MA. He studied Polarity at the Polarity Realization Institute (a subsidiary of Spa Tech). He lives in Marshfield and is on call Tue-Fri 9am-8pm and Sat 9am-4pm by appointment only. For those who are looking for a relaxing or rejuvenating massage I have trained in Swedish, deep tissue, injury recovery, trigger point work and sports related conditioning. Sessions are by appointment and cost $60/hr. or $90 for 90 min session. Package deals are available for weekly and bi-weekly visits. I also offer Gift Certificates. A book of 5 GC offers your best pricing at $275 ($55 per hr. session.) Polarity Therapy is on a sliding scale, $75-$100 per session according to ability to pay. It is great for focusing the mind, creating balance in your life and clearing out mental and emotional blocks to align you to your highest potential. Sessions last approx. 1.5hrs. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Polarity Therapy is a combination of New Age and traditional techniques from the Far East and India. Using relaxation techniques, Reflexology, physical bodywork and clearing the energetic pathways of the body (similar to acupressure) I assist you in aligning with your highest potential. I also, through the use of crystals, clear the Chakra system as well as your Aura to bring you to a focused and aligned state of being.These techniques will reduce stress levels, clear and focus the mind, help with sleep issues and leave you feeling a sense of wellness and balance in mind, body and spirit. Sessions are by appointment and run from $75/hr or $100 for 90 minutes. Reiki Therapy is focus work for injury recovery, chronic pain, headaches and swelling. It is integrated into your massage or polarity session at no charge. It helps relieve tension and inflammation

Good morning Energy Warriors!
As the summers heat comes to an end and we enter the cool days of fall it's time to recharge our spirit and integrate that energy throughout our physical body. Balancing our mind/body/spirit is essential to creating joy and peace in our lives.
I've found in my life experiences that it's easy to feel and internalize negativity when pain, distrust and fear are integrated into my life I become "that which I have internalized" into my body and soul.
I also know that "flipping the script" and changing my focus to finding positive things that are in my life and out in the greater Universe, leads me back happiness and the ability to be a "conscience creator " and brings me into alignment with my higher self. It also brings a renewed connection to my higher guidance, spirit energy and drawing in paths of prosperity and greater abundance.

Wow I hadn't realized it had been that far back with my minimized voice. While it's not perfect it is manageable, and if I put in the work and voice therapy it will get better!

My voice has been slowly deteriorating for past month. Thought it was the pollen combined with the smoke out of Canada making it scratchy and intermittently going completely(mostly outdoors).in closed air systems it gets hear-able but still doesn't sound like me so Tony made me call Dr. Zeitel and they got me in ASAP after hearing my voicemail. Let's see what the magician can do today. I know it may mean a laser procedure... or injections. If I have to cancel going to Ptown I'm gonna be depressed. If I can barely speak indoors and outdoors it's so garbled and intermittent that people cant hear me... well it's a recipe for a disappointing & frustrating situation. I wanna go to bear week!

You can live comfortably and joyfully and resiliently and healthfully as long as you have desire that summons life through you. People don’t die because they pass through time. They die because they don’t allow this arena to stimulate decisions. The only reason people ever die is either because they have stopped making decisions about being here, or they have made decisions about being Nonphysical.
