After years of being told it might be really hard for me-
(hormone imbalances, lost cycles, a disconnected relationship with my body)

I see things so differently now.

Your body is not broken.
It’s always responding to what it’s given.

I can’t even begin to understand how hard infertility can be,
and IVF is an incredible option that helps so many women—
but what we don’t talk about enough is this:
✨ how much power you actually have to support your body

Egg quality can improve in as little as 90 days
Lifestyle matters
Your environment matters
Your nervous system matters

If you’re trying to conceive (or thinking about it),
start with the foundations:
nourishment, stress, sleep, movement, awareness

Small shifts add up in a big way

And no matter what your journey looks like—
you deserve to feel supported, informed, and hopeful 🤍

How I’m supporting myself through pregnancy

Not perfectly
not all at once
just intentionally

As a dietitian, it’s easy to feel like I should be doing everything “right”

But the biggest shift for me has been letting that go

And focusing on what actually supports my body in a real, sustainable way

For me, that looks like
eating enough and focusing on real food
moving in a way that feels supportive
prioritizing rest and sleep
getting additional support like acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage
being mindful of what I consume mentally—not just physically
and staying in my own lane instead of getting overwhelmed by information

I’m also supporting my body with targeted supplements and labs, based on what I personally need—not just doing more for the sake of it

There is so much noise around pregnancy

This is your reminder that you don’t have to do everything

You just have to support your body in a way that works for you

Save this if you’re in this season or preparing for it

Seed cycling made simple

This is one of the easiest ways to support your hormones using food—no complicated routines, just small daily habits that add up

Follicular phase (days 1–14):
Flax + pumpkin seeds

Luteal phase (days 15–28):
Sunflower + sesame seeds (or tahini)

These seeds provide key nutrients like zinc, magnesium, vitamin E, and healthy fats that support hormone balance throughout your cycle

One of the easiest ways to stay consistent is by making them into energy bites you can grab and go

When I was working to get my cycle back, this was something I stayed consistent with—and it’s still something I recommend often because it’s simple and sustainable

You can also add these seeds to smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal if that feels easier

Start small, stay consistent, and let your body respond

Save this to make later or add to your weekly routine

Loving your body isn’t a one-time achievement. It’s a practice.

Pregnancy has been a mirror for me. Even after years of healing my relationship with my body, I’ve still had moments of discomfort- watching it change quickly, feeling unfamiliar in my own skin.

But it’s also brought me back to something deeper: a renewed respect for what my body is capable of.

Your body is not just something to look at. It’s something that carries you, supports you, and adapts for you through every phase of life.

As we move into Mother’s Day, this feels even more important. The female body is powerful- whether you’ve had children or not.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected or critical, this is your reminder to come back to yourself. I added a few journal prompts and simple self-love shifts to support you.
You are already worthy. Right now.

Save this for your next reset and share it with someone who needs it.

For so many women, feeling disconnected from their body becomes the norm.

You’re told your symptoms are “normal”
or given quick fixes
without ever learning what your body is actually trying to say

But your body isn’t random
it’s rhythmic

And when you start to understand that rhythm, everything shifts

Cycle syncing is simply learning how to support your body through each phase of your cycle instead of expecting yourself to feel the same every day

Because you’re not meant to operate on a 24-hour cycle
your body works on a monthly rhythm

If you’ve been dealing with
irregular cycles
PMS
low energy
or feeling out of sync

this is your reminder

your body is communicating with you, not working against you

Start small
pay attention to your energy
your mood
your patterns

The more you understand your body
the more you can support it

And that’s where real balance begins

Save this to come back to and share it with someone who needs to hear this

May superfoods

This is your reminder that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Start with what’s in season.

These spring foods are naturally packed with fiber, antioxidants, and hydration to support your energy, digestion, and overall balance this time of year.

Think: light, fresh, and nourishing

Simple ways to add them in:
• Roast asparagus with olive oil and sea salt for an easy side
• Add strawberries or cherries to yogurt, oatmeal, or salads
• Toss spinach and peas into bowls, pastas, or smoothies
• Slice radishes into salads for crunch and digestion support
• Use fresh mint in water, salads, or blended into dressings
• Add lemon to water, greens, or proteins to brighten and support digestion
• Try rhubarb stewed with a little cinnamon and maple syrup over yogurt

A simple spring recipe:
Strawberry Spinach Salad

Fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, shaved radish, avocado, and grilled protein of choice.

Top with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Add fresh mint if you have it.
You don’t need to do more- just start adding in.

Save this for your next grocery trip and build your meals around what’s fresh this month

The way you speak- to yourself, your food, your body, your life- matters more than you think.

There’s growing curiosity (and debate) around how words, thoughts, and intention may influence the structure of water, food, and living things over time.

There are so many scientific studies of water- you can look under a microscope and see the cup you say nice things to turns to beautiful crystals and the other you say mean things to starts to fragment and break apart.

And whether you take it literally, energetically, or simply as awareness…

The message is powerful:
✨ Your body is always listening
✨ Your environment is always responding
✨ Your thoughts are not neutral

We are made mostly of water.

We consume living foods.
We exist in constant communication with our environment.

So the question becomes…
What kind of energy are you creating daily?

Because many of us are walking around being our own harshest critic- speaking in ways we would never speak to someone we love.

Your homework this week:

Start noticing your thoughts.

Are they supportive… or critical?
Encouraging… or discouraging?

And then gently shift:
Pause.
Soften.
Speak differently.
To your body.
To your food.
To your life.

You don’t need perfection- just awareness.

Because small shifts in your internal dialogue
can create powerful change over time.

You have more influence than you think.
Choose to use it for good.

The scale only tells you one thing… your weight.

It tells you nothing about your health, your strength, or how you actually feel in your body. We need to stop letting it define our worth.

What we really care about is body composition.

→ How much lean muscle you have
→ How much body fat you’re carrying
→ How your body is functioning day to day

Because two people can weigh the exact same… and look, feel, and function completely differently.

Muscle is metabolic gold.

It supports your metabolism, strength, hormones, and long-term health.

Body fat? Also essential- especially for women.
It supports hormones, fertility, and overall balance.

So instead of obsessing over the number… start paying attention to what actually matters:

• Your energy when you wake up
• Your strength and endurance
• How your clothes fit
• Your mood and confidence
• Your lab work (blood sugar, hormones, cholesterol)
• Your relationship with food
• Your joy

This is the shift.

From chasing smaller…
→ to building stronger
→ to feeling better
→ to creating a body that works for you

Your body is not something to fight.
It’s something to support, nourish, and understand.

And when you do that… everything starts to change.

Mindset & Metabolism- Your body is always listening ✨

Your body isn’t just responding to what you eat…
It’s responding to how you think, speak, and feel.

The way you talk to yourself becomes the environment your body lives in.

Your metabolism thrives on:
• Safety
• Consistency
• Low stress

And your thoughts play a role in all three.

This Spring → shift the internal dialogue
✨ Speak to your body, not against it
✨ Encourage it, don’t criticize it
✨ Trust it, instead of fighting it

Change your thoughts → change your results

“I can’t lose weight”
→ I’m learning what works for my body

“This isn’t working”
→ My body is adapting- I’ll stay consistent

“I’m behind”
→ I’m building something sustainable

“This is taking too long”
→ My body is responding in its own time

Daily reminder:
You’re not stuck.
You’re in the process.

Every choice you make is a signal to your body.

✨ The outside always follows the inside

Shift your mindset → support your metabolism → change your results

🔥 Optimizing Your Metabolism 101: Fuel the Fire

Your metabolism is like a fire.
To keep it burning strong- you need steady, quality fuel.

Too little fuel → your body slows down, holds on, conserves
Too much or low-quality fuel → inflammation, crashes, inefficiency

The sweet spot?
Consistent, nourishing fuel your body actually recognizes.

And this is where most people get it wrong…

It’s not just about calories.
It’s about how your body responds to what you’re doing daily.

Your metabolism is influenced by:
• Muscle mass
• Blood sugar balance
• Hormones
• Sleep + stress
• Food quality
• Gut health
• Daily movement

Which is why two people can do the same plan… and get completely different results.

So instead of extremes- start here:

Metabolism Foundations:
1. Eat enough protein
→ supports muscle + fat loss (~25–30% of intake)
2. Build muscle
→ strength train 2–3x/week (non-negotiable)
3. Balance blood sugar
→ stable glucose = stable energy, hormones, fat loss
4. Move daily
→ walking counts more than you think
5. Hydrate
→ energy, digestion, metabolism all depend on it
6. Prioritize sleep
→ 7–9 hours = hormone reset
7. Eat real food
→ your body thrives on nutrients, not just low calories
8. Don’t skip fiber
→ supports fullness + blood sugar
9. Plan ahead
→ structure creates consistency
10. Manage stress
→ high cortisol can stall progress fast

And most importantly…

Give your body time to respond.

The first few weeks can feel slow-
but beneath the surface, your metabolism is adapting.

Then one day… it clicks.

Energy improves.
Cravings calm down.
Your body starts working with you.

✨ But if you feel like you’re doing all the right things and still stuck… it’s time to go deeper.

This is where we look within:
• Hormones (thyroid, cortisol, s*x hormones)
• Blood sugar + insulin patterns
• Gut health + digestion
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Nervous system + chronic stress
• Mindset + relationship with food

Because sometimes the missing piece isn’t more discipline…
it’s deeper support and personalization.

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s communicating.

When you learn how to listen- and support it properly-
that’s when real transformation happens.

This is your spring reset.
Less restriction. More alignment.

Fuel your body → build your metabolism → feel the difference.
