Hey y’all! 💛

Your Me Time Massage is in the running AGAIN for Best of Georgia! 🎉 I am waaaay behind on making this post, but I still have some time.

Last year, thanks to your support, we were named a Best of Georgia Regional Winner. This year, I’d love to bring home the Best of Georgia!

I’ve poured so much into building a practice centered around quality, intentional care and massage treatments that truly make a difference for the people I serve. Every appointment, every referral, every review and every person who continues to support this business means more to me than you know.

So I’m asking for your help! If Your Me Time Massage has made an impact on you, or you simply want to support a local small business doing its thing, please take a moment to vote for us.

And YES, you can vote DAILY! 👀😂 So don’t be shy about running that vote back!

Let’s see if we can take Your Me Time Massage from Regional Winner to BEST OF GEORGIA! 🏆

Thank y’all kindly for continuing to support me and this business. 💛

My name is Brittany. I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue Massages.I believe every body is unique, which is why I tailor every single session to address your specific goals—whether you need targeted relief from stubborn tension or a space to unwind and reset. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than knowing my clients walk out the door feeling lighter, looser, and better than when they arrived.

I truly live by the belief: "You only have one life—make sure the body you’re living in is well enough to enjoy it." Let’s work together to care for the body that carries you through life.

✨ We’re growing at Your Me Time Massage!

What started as one massage therapist with a vision has continued to grow into something much bigger, and today, I’m proud to introduce some of the newest members of the Your Me Time Massage team.

As our practice continues to expand, so does our ability to serve our clients with skilled, intentional, therapeutic care.

Each member of our team brings their own experience, strengths, and personality to the practice, while sharing our commitment to providing high-quality care to the people who trust us with their bodies and their wellness.

This chapter represents growth, increased capacity, and the continued evolution of Your Me Time Massage.

Please help me welcome our newest team members!

We’re growing. We’re building. And we’re just getting started.

Welcome Brittany Hudson and Brandi Jennings

One thing to remember today: there’s only one you. ☝🏽

Take care of your body. Pay attention when it asks you to slow down. And make taking care of yourself a priority, not something you squeeze in when everything else is done.

You deserve some of your own time, too.

July marks our annual closure for internal rejuvenation. This dedicated time allows us to reset, heal, and fortify ourselves, ensuring we maintain our peak capacity to serve your therapeutic needs. It is also a personal milestone, celebrating my anniversary. During July, I consciously prioritize my 'me time' with limited sessions and structured days off. This disciplined self-care, a practice I have cultivated to overcome initial feelings of guilt, is essential. It enables me to sustain the high level of care you expect.

We recognize this challenge in many of our clients, especially busy professionals. You often endure chronic pain while feeling obligated to push through, seeing self-care as a luxury you cannot afford. This perspective is understandable, but it is precisely what we address. Investing in therapeutic massage is not an indulgence. It is a proactive health strategy. Just as you schedule crucial business meetings, dedicating time to relieve chronic discomfort is an investment. It allows you to return to your work refreshed and more productive. Prioritizing your well-being empowers optimal performance across your professional and personal life.

How do you ensure your periods of rest strategically support your long-term effectiveness?
