nty, and across Virginia. 4RC strives for excellence in unique clinical service provision, guided by your goals and tailored to your preferences. Our doors will officially open August 11th, as we are busy getting the office ready at the Clock Tower, and getting Jenny Yates, LCSW fully paneled with several high demand insurance providers. Your patience during this delicate time is greatly appreciated. Here's how you can join our 4RC Family today! TOMORROW! Join us at the picnic shelter at the Sports Complex, where the Memorial Walk will start and end at the site of Sherri's Memorial Tree planting site, by the pond. LaToya L. Preston with Empowering Voices Inc., Jenny Yates with Four Rivers Counseling, Rodgers with All Vets, and Rosabelle Holmes with PCS will be in attendance. Sherri's family members and friends will also be in attendance. All are welcome.🤍

Ways to particpate:

Wear purple (Sherri's favorite color) or Purple & Blue/ Teal for Su***de Prevention

Write a note (biodegradable paper) to be planted with Sherri's tree

Bring soil (ziploc bag) to add to Sherri's tree when planted

*Dontated waters will be provided.

*Dress for warm temperatures and walking.

Big Shout Out to Coach Johnson with the Bassett Bengals for this super cool short vid promoting our upcoming collaborative event "Stronger Together," for Su***de Prevention Month, this Friday Night at the Bengals vs William Byrd Game, 6pm.

Coach Johnson and his wife, Jordan, support teens in our Bengal Community, and beyond, and both serve as leaders in our community.

I am so grateful to these two Bright Lights.

Come on out this Friday night and see why the Bassett Bengals, their Coach, and his wife, are so beloved in our community!

**Blue and Purple beads (in honor of Su***de Prevention Month) will be handed out to all attendees, including Glow Sticks, just for students:)
