Kids’ skin deserves extra protection from the sun! Making sunscreen part of your child’s daily routine can help protect their skin from harmful UV rays and reduce the risk of sunburn and long-term sun damage.

🌞 A few sunscreen tips for kids:

Choose a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
Apply sunscreen generously about 15 minutes before going outside.
Reapply every 2 hours, and more often after swimming or sweating.
Don’t forget commonly missed areas like the ears, neck, hands, and tops of the feet!
When possible, combine sunscreen with shade, hats, and protective clothing for even more protection.
Starting good sun-protection habits early can help keep your child’s skin healthy for years to come. 💙
