This Friday September 18th, I will be closed due to a family situation.

Saturday and Sunday September 19 & 20, I will also be closed while I attend a class to bring new skills and knowledge back to my practice.

Self care doesn't always have to be a big thing.

Most of the time for me, it's just 5 minutes of stretching when I can.

My right pectoralis and hand were a little bit "angry" after the gym this morning, so I needed to give them a moment.

Take a breath.
