Today, Center for Pediatric Therapies proudly celebrates **25 years of serving children and families!** 💙

In September 2001, co-founders **Kristen Barker and Tommy Mathena** opened CPT’s first practice in Danville after recognizing the need for specialized pediatric therapy services close to home.

Their vision was to create a place where children could receive specialized care and where families would feel **supported, understood, and hopeful**. Twenty-five years later, that vision continues to guide everything we do.

Today, we celebrate every child who has inspired us, every family who has trusted us, and every team member and community partner who has helped advance our mission.

Today we celebrate and say goodbye to one of our incredible patients, Joshua, as he heads off to college! 🎓💙

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching him make amazing progress—improving his ability to answer questions, express his thoughts and emotions, strengthen his typing and cursive skills, build important life skills, and accomplish so much more. Joshua’s hard work, determination, and growth has been inspiring to witness.

Congratulations and best of luck in college! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 💙✨

🎉 PT Graduate Spotlight! 🎉

Congratulations to our PT graduate, Amoura! We are so proud of the incredible progress she’s made with Ms. Savannah! We’ve had the pleasure to see her meet multiple milestones. Amoura has developed a more typical walking pattern. She has gained strength, balance, and independence with squatting and transitioning up and down onto different surfaces. We can’t wait to see all she accomplishes next. Keep shining! 💙🎓
