Happy International Self-Care Day!

Today is a reminder that taking care of yourself means prioritizing both your physical health and your mental well-being. While self-care is something we can practice every day, it's worth asking yourself: Are you truly making time for you? Summer can be busy with vacations, family activities, and packed schedules, but now may be the perfect time to pause, recharge, and check in with yourself. Whether it's taking a walk, connecting with loved ones, setting healthy boundaries, or simply giving yourself a moment to breathe, mental health self-care matters.

Remember, you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. SPBH is open 24/7 throughout the summer months to provide support whenever you need it.

💙 Take care of yourself. You deserve it.
