A special thank-you to Kind Hearted Therapy for bringing Miss Luna the Pony to visit Marysville Care Center! 🐴❤️ Residents, team members, and children all had a wonderful time meeting Luna and enjoying her sweet company. It was a memorable visit filled with smiles and joy!

Summer would not be complete without a little sq**rt gun fun! 💦☀️ Everyone had a blast knocking cups off the table, sharing laughs, and enjoying time together in the courtyard.

Our third annual car show was our biggest one yet! 🚘✨ A special thank-you to Audio Lab in Marysville for partnering with us to bring this wonderful community event to life.

We had an amazing collection of cars on display, and our residents loved seeing vehicles that brought back memories of cars they once owned. Reminiscing, sharing stories, and chatting with the car owners made it a day well spent!

☀️ Here we are again with a wonderful weather August! With many events scheduled for the summer, one of our biggest is our Annual Car Show! 🚗

🛞 It's happening this Sunday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in our parking lot. Come enjoy some fun with your family members, and bring your special vehicle! We're and looking forward to seeing the excitement! 😄

Another year, another parade! 🎉 Introducing our new King and Queen of Marysville Care Center for the Marysville Strawberry Festival Parade. 👑🍓 We clearly gained some popularity given the amount of shouting and love we got through the parade from the sidelines! We all had a wonderful time with our residents, staff, and kiddos in tow! 😁

Introducing Gerald (who goes by Jerry), our new Social Services Directory! 🙌 🎉 Jerry started with Marysville Care Center in early 2026 as our Social Services Assistant, and this month accepted the promotion to Director.

Social work and basketball run in Jerry's family. 🫂🏀 He, along with his father and sister, are all in the social work field for Life Care Centers of America and played basketball in college. Growing up in Seattle has made him a huge food fan, so he is always on the hunt to discover new spots to enjoy some spicy katsu and spend time with his family. He loves working alongside his IDT and Resident Care Manager, Yvonne.

Congratulations on a well-deserved promotion, Jerry! Thank you for all the hard work, enthusiasm and heart you put into your position for our residents and families. ❤️
