✨ One year ago, I opened the doors to my business, and I couldn't be more grateful.

This year has been full of growth, learning, challenges, and so many rewarding moments. I've had the privilege of meeting incredible people, teaching amazing students, and building a community that means so much to me.

To everyone who has taken a class, supported my business, shared my posts, recommended me to a friend, or cheered me on along the way... thank you. Every bit of support has helped make this dream a reality.

I'm so excited to see what the next year brings. Here's to continued growth, connection, learning, and lots of yoga. ✨

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a FREE 12-week program designed to help people affected by cancer safely rebuild strength, improve endurance and flexibility, and move forward alongside others who understand the journey.
