🌟 Yogi of the Month: Kim 🌟
This month we’re celebrating Kim, whose commitment to her wellness journey reminds us that healing happens one practice at a time.

Kim came to Alchemy during a particularly stressful season of life, looking for a healthy outlet. Since beginning hot yoga, she says she can physically feel the stress melt away after every class.

Beyond stress relief, she’s experienced noticeable improvements in mobility throughout her thoracic spine.

“I can move my body in ways that I used to not be able to. It’s pretty exciting.”

Her wellness journey didn’t stop on the yoga mat. Through Alchemy, Kim connected with Katie at Amplify Physio , where she began pelvic floor therapy. Together with her consistent yoga practice, she’s feeling stronger, more mobile, and more connected than ever.

“It all fits together.”

Outside the studio, Kim is a retired registered nurse who stays incredibly active. She loves reading, tending to her garden, and giving back to the community. She volunteers as a driver for the SMILES transportation program, helping provide rides for those who can no longer drive independently. She’s also an active member of East Maryville Baptist Church , where she recently wrapped up a busy—and incredibly rewarding—Vacation Bible School season.
