Pelvic organ prolapse can sound scary, but it’s much more common than most people realize.
Prolapse happens when the muscles and connective tissues that support your pelvic organs become less supportive, allowing the bladder, uterus, or re**um to shift downward into the vaginal canal. You might notice:
• A feeling of heaviness or pressure
• A bulge you can see or feel
• Difficulty emptying your bladder or bowels
• Low back or pelvic aching
• Symptoms that get worse after standing, lifting, or exercising
The good news? Surgery isn’t the only option—and for many people, it isn’t the first step.
Pelvic health therapy can help you improve support, coordination, breathing mechanics, pressure management, strength, and confidence so you can get back to living your life.
And prolapse is just one of the many things I treat.
✨ Leaking with coughing, sneezing, running, or lifting
✨ Pelvic pain
✨ Pain with intimacy
✨ Pregnancy aches and birth preparation
✨ Postpartum recovery
✨ Core weakness and diastasis recti
✨ Constipation
✨ Tailbone pain
✨ Perimenopause and menopause changes
✨ Painful periods and endometriosis support
✨ Hypermobility and pelvic floor dysfunction
You don’t have to “just live with it” because someone told you it’s normal after having babies or getting older.
If your body is changing, there are options—and I’d love to help you find them.
