"Suzanne has truly changed my life through the care, compassion and dedication she has shown me over the last three years. From my very first appointments with her, I have always felt heard, cared for and understood. Mental health care can be an incredibly vulnerable experience, and Suzanne has always made me feel like what I am feeling is valid and real.
She goes above and beyond to help her patients find the right treatment plan, taking concerns seriously and partnering with them every step of the way. She listens without judgment, explains things clearly and works collaboratively to ensure her patients feel confident and supported in their care. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Suzanne sees the whole person and provides care with genuine kindness, patience and empathy.
During some of the most difficult moments of my life, including a miscarriage and ongoing health challenges, Suzanne provided unwavering support. She checked on me after appointments, reminded me that my feelings mattered and helped me realize I was not alone. Even when I brought fears or concerns to her, she never dismissed them. Instead, she listened, offered reassurance and helped me better understand what I was experiencing.
The compassion Suzanne shows extends beyond appointments. Knowing she genuinely cares enough to follow up and check in has meant more than I can express. Her entire team creates a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, supported and cared for. Every visit is met with warmth and kindness, making patients feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Suzanne has helped me through some of my hardest moments and has given me hope when I felt like I had none. She truly represents what a healthcare provider should be."
