🐔🎉 Activity Highlight: Funky Chicken Fun! 🎉🐔

Today’s game was Funky Chicken, and it was a hit! Residents enjoyed plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and the chance to win some great prizes. The room was filled with smiles, cheering, and lots of silly chicken moves as everyone joined in on the fun.

A special thank you to our sister facility, Daviess County Nursing and Rehab, for sharing this fun game with us! We love collaborating and exchanging ideas that help bring joy and engagement to our residents.

At Village Care Center, we believe that laughter is good for the soul, and today was a perfect reminder of how important it is to stay active, social, and engaged.

At Village Care Center, we encourage our residents to keep moving every day through fun and engaging activities such as:

🎯 Games and group activities
💪 Therapy and strengthening exercises
🎨 Active recreation and crafts

Even a few minutes of movement each day can make a big difference in your overall health and well-being!

💜 Activity Highlight: Shades of Purple Fun! 💜

We always love it when Michelle from Three Rivers Hospice comes to visit! Today she joined our residents for Shades of Purple, bringing lots of smiles, laughter, and beautifully done nails.

Activities like these not only keep our minds active but also provide wonderful opportunities for socialization and connection. We are so grateful for our partnership with Three Rivers Hospice and for Michelle’s dedication to making our residents’ days a little brighter.
