📚✨ Introducing the Seabright Yoga Book Club!

Join Tara for a cozy, thoughtful exploration of The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele—a book that brings yoga’s foundational teachings beyond the mat and into our relationships, choices, and everyday lives.

We’ll gather every three weeks, beginning each evening with gentle breathwork before moving into an open, heart-centered conversation. Tea, coffee, and light snacks will be provided, so grab your copy and come settle in with us. ☕🌿

So many of you loved our Christmas Yoga + Cookie Exchange and asked us to bring it back during the summer, so here we go! Join us for a special back-to-school edition featuring a grounding yoga practice, delicious cookies, and time to reconnect before the busy school year routine begins.

This Tuesday!! Come out to Troy Tri-Township Park. Find us at the bounce house for some free kids' yoga!! It's National Night Out. The weather is expected to be nice; there will be food trucks and fun events happening all around.
Kids' yoga sessions start at 6:30 and again at 7:10; they are 20 minutes long and absolutely free. Bring the kids, come join us!
