That is an incredible number and one that deserves to be recognized! 👏🏼 Behind every call is a member of our team taking the time to answer questions, schedule appointments, assist our referring offices, and make sure our patients receive the help and care they need.

Today, we remember.🇺🇸

I think we can all recall where we were on September 11, 2001. For a moment, it felt as though time stood still. We watched in disbelief as a day unfolded that would forever change our country and so many lives.

25 years later, we remember the lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, the first responders and heroes who showed incredible courage, and all those who still carry the memories and impact of that day.

We also remember how, in the days that followed, our country came together. We stood a little closer, loved a little harder, and were reminded of what truly mattered.

Today, we honor them all.

There are so many people behind what we do every day, and we couldn’t do it without each and every one of them.💜

Our clinical team works tirelessly alongside our surgeons caring for our patients, while our front desk team somehow keeps the schedules, phones, patients, and a hundred other moving pieces going across 7 offices. Our RCM team works hard behind the scenes keeping our practice moving forward every day.👏🏼

And of course, we are incredibly grateful for our wonderful patients who trust us with their oral surgery needs and our amazing referring offices for their continued support and confidence in our team.☺️

Today, East Tennessee mourns the loss of one of our own.

Dolly Parton was so much more than a music legend. She was a symbol of the place we call home. A reflection of the kindness, generosity, strength and spirit of East Tennessee.

Through her music, her incredible generosity and her unwavering love for these mountains and the people who call them home, Dolly touched lives far beyond Tennessee while always making us proud to call her one of our own.

Our hearts are with her family, loved ones and the countless people whose lives she touched.

Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the memories and for never forgetting where you came from. Your light will continue to shine in these East Tennessee mountains. 🦋

Wondering what you can eat after oral surgery?🤔

For the first few days, choosing soft, soothing foods can help keep you comfortable while your mouth begins to heal.

Applesauce, yogurt, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, pudding, smoothies, and warm (not hot) soups are all great options.

A few important reminders:
💧 Stay hydrated
🥤 Skip the straw
🌶️ Avoid crunchy, spicy, or sticky foods
🦷 Follow the post-op instructions provided by your surgical team

A little planning can make those first few days of recovery much easier!
