What started as a fond childhood memory for two brothers has now turned into a full-fledged, successful business on Cape Cod. That memory and now business is, of all things, popcorn.

Today, we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States.

As a community health center, we recognize that health equity, access to care, and community wellness are essential parts of continuing the work toward justice and equality. Today, we celebrate freedom, honor Black history and culture, and reaffirm our commitment to caring for every member of our community with compassion and dignity.

We’re so excited to see all the progress happening at our brand-new Sandwich location!

CHC is proud to expand our services into Sandwich with a new 19,000-square-foot facility that will offer dental care, primary care, optometry, telehealth, preventative services, same-day walk-in care, behavioral health and recovery services, a retail pharmacy, and workforce housing.

If you’ve been wondering what’s taking shape at 87 Route 6A in Sandwich, it’s this incredible addition to the community!

🚨 Act Now to Protect Access to Affordable Care 🚨

The 340B Drug Pricing Program helps community health centers provide affordable medications, critical health services, and care for the patients who need it most.

A bill before the Massachusetts Legislature (H.4490) would help protect these resources from harmful practices that take funding away from local health centers and the communities they serve.

⏰ The deadline for action is June 15⏰

Join us in urging the Health Care Financing Committee to report favorably on H.4490, An Act Prohibiting Discrimination Against 340B Drug Discount Program Participants.

The “Best Monday of the Year” is back! ⛳ Join us on September 14 at Pocasset Golf Club for the Community Health Center 2026 Golf Tournament.

For more than 25 years, this incredible event has brought our community together in support of CHC’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare for all, regardless of ability to pay. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the tournament has raised more than $1.5 million to help expand access to care across our community.

This year’s tournament will support CHC’s new Sandwich location, a state-of-the-art facility that will expand access to care for up to 5,000 patients and provide comprehensive services including primary care, behavioral health, outreach services, and support for underserved populations including Veterans, older adults, and individuals facing financial hardship.

The tournament has sold out in recent years, and we expect another amazing event this September! We invite you to join us for a day of golf, community, and impact.
