We had a wonderful time last night connecting with Sandwich residents to share more about CHC's exciting Sandwich expansion project and our mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to our community!

The need for expanded healthcare services in Sandwich continues to grow. Currently, more than 2,200 Sandwich residents are CHC patients, approximately 1 in every 9 residents! Over the past three years, the number of CHC patients from Sandwich has increased by 43%, highlighting the growing demand for accessible, comprehensive care close to home.

Our new state-of-the-art facility will help meet this need by expanding access to essential healthcare services and bringing more care closer to home for Sandwich residents and surrounding communities.

We are incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support of the Sandwich community as we work to bring this exciting project to life!

🎉 An exciting first for CHC!

We are proud to announce the launch of CHC's first-ever Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Residency Program and welcome our inaugural residents, Mary Kate Fitzgerald, MSN, AGACNP-BC, and Caitlin D’Amico, MSN, FNP-BC, to Team CHC!

This 24-month, post-graduate program provides advanced training, hands-on clinical experience and mentorship from experienced CHC providers, helping prepare the next generation of nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality primary care in a community health setting.

The launch of this program marks an important investment in the future of our workforce, our care teams and our continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate care across our community.
