Not every body is up for commentary.
Not everyone is in the same season with food, movement, or mental health.
And not every change you notice is something that needs to be named.

So this year, try:

No comments on weight
No comments on food portions
No comments on diets or “being bad”
No comments on someone’s body changing...at all

What you can bring to the table: kindness, presence, connection, and conversations that don’t make someone shrink inside themselves.

Bodies aren’t community property.
They’re not holiday small talk.
And they’re not an open invitation for feedback.

Let people be.
Let bodies be.
Let the holiday be about something other than appearance.
