It’s been a very “sweet” week here at The Cottage! Residents enjoyed cool popsicles on the patio, delicious strawberry shortcakes, and plenty of hands-on sweet-themed experiences. 🍰🍓

When the temperatures rise, we know exactly how to cool off! 😎☀️💦

With the help of our amazing team, residents rolled through for a refreshing rinse- enjoying sprinklers, sq**rt guns, and a visit from Tikiz Shaved Ice to beat the summer heat. Thanks to Queen City Hospice for sponsoring our cool treats! 🍦
Just when we thought the fun was over, Mother Nature sent us one final rinse with a surprise rain shower- talk about a deluxe wash! 🚗🚿🧼

There were plenty of cuddles to go around today as residents enjoyed a visit from our friends at Gilliam Greenish Acres! Baby therapy goats Salt and Pepper stole our hearts with their sweet personalities and adorable pajamas. 🐐

What a fun way to kick off Independence Day weekend! 🇺🇸
We enjoyed a day full of pie-judging, classic summertime treats, and a performance from the amazing Jessie Lyn.
We wrapped up our celebration with ice cream sundaes, root beer floats, and sparklers on the patio, enjoying the simple moments that make this community so special.

It's a relaxed midday event designed for families and individuals who want to see our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Tour the space, enjoy light bites and refreshments and get your questions answered by our care team.

Our Memory Care residents and their loved ones enjoyed an evening of tropical flavors, vibrant colors, island music, and meaningful connection as we engaged the senses through a fun luau-themed experience.
