Spider veins are not only cosmetic issue, it is a part of Varicose vein disease and needs to be stressed systematically, including nutritional support with Rutin, vitamin C, zinc, collagen and such.
The compression stockings are a Must for actual support.

Varicose veins are treated by improving blood flow and closing or removing the faulty veins.
Start with conservative care: compression stockings, regular walking/calf exercises, leg elevation, weight management, and avoiding long periods of standing or sitting.
If symptoms persist, office procedures like sclerotherapy (injections) or endovenous ablation (laser or radiofrequency) can seal the vein so blood reroutes to healthier veins.
For larger or more complex veins, options include microphlebectomy (tiny removals) or, less commonly now, surgical vein stripping.
Because leg swelling, skin changes, or ulcers can signal more serious venous disease, evaluation with a vein specialist and a duplex ultrasound helps choose the safest, most effective treatment.

Do you ever catch yourself hiding your legs because of spider veins?
You’re not alone — and the good news is, there’s a simple solution.
Asclera® injections help gently reduce the appearance of spider veins over time, leaving your skin looking clearer and more even. Many of our patients also say their legs feel lighter and more comfortable after treatment.
At Regenerative Aesthetics, we take the time to listen, guide you, and create a treatment plan that feels right for you — no pressure, just care.
Treatments start at $250.
If you’ve been thinking about it, this might be your sign 💫

In less than 1 week we are going to have this Adrenal Insufficiency Summit and I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge and wisdom that I learned from my patients.

On International Women's Day, AIU is taking a moment to highlight another phenomenal female physcian and speaker who will be joining us in Minneapolis April 23-25.

Dr Naila Goldenberg, MD is a board Certified Endocrinologist with the focus on Adrenal Insufficiency. She has helped multiple patients with different versions of adrenal Insufficiency and has more than 30 (currently 37) patients on Cortisol pump. Her research was presented at Endocrine Society and published in peer reviewed scientific journals. Dr. Goldenberg leads the Tristate Endocrinology Club in Cincinnati area. She practices Functional Medicine and has been the principal owner of Functional Endocrinology since 2017. In her free time she enjoys painting, spending time with family, cats, dogs and chickens.

Dr. Goldenberg will be speaking on using the pump as a treatment for adrenal insufficiency, How stress affects AI. Tips and Tricks, and about the role of functional medicine even for those with adrenal insufficiency. You do not want to miss this!!

Register now at https://aiunited.org/aiu_events/ - we look forward to seeing you in April!!
