Not all weight gain is created equal. Weight that settles low on the body, around the hips, thighs, and backside, often has a hormone story behind it.
When estrogen is out of balance with progesterone, or your body isn’t clearing used estrogen well, fat storage tends to shift lower. You’ll often see it alongside heavy or painful periods, PMS, bloating, and breast tenderness.
More cardio and fewer calories won’t fix a clearance problem. Supporting it usually looks like:
• Fiber at every meal to help carry estrogen out
• Daily bowel movements (yes, this matters)
• Cutting down plastics and synthetic fragrance
• Supporting the liver so it can do its job
Your body isn’t stubborn. It’s giving you directions.
