Summer is winding down, and fall is on its way. 🍂
Come mark the change of season with Lauren and Heather at our Fall Equinox Workshop. Expect a creative practice to help metabolize this change and reflect on balance as we approach the day of the year when we have equal day and night. We’ll also move, expand on our breath work practice, and ease into stillness through sound and guided meditation.

If you’re brand new, or only have one free day a week, or you practice every day, or you can only drop in once in a while - there’s an option for you.

🌑 New Moon Sound Bath 🌑
Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and sound. Roberta (Reiki, massage, sound - you name it, she does it!) will guide us through a relaxing sound bath so we can settle in, slow down, and rest.

On Tuesday, we gathered for a very special class at Moore Jackson Community Garden, led by the lovely Roberta Villalon 🌿✨
Together, we raised money for NICE, a beautiful organization that supports, empowers, and opens doors for immigrant communities here in Queens 🤍
Thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled out their mats, and gave so generously. Your donations help provide resources, advocacy, and pathways to employment for those who need it most 🙏. Join us again on July 22 for another community class. Mark your calendars and come through 🌞
Yoga has this quiet way of bringing people back to each other, creating a little pocket of peace in a world that can feel loud and chaotic. We’re so grateful to support organizations like this and will keep sharing peace, love, and yoga throughout Queens and beyond.
