🍅🧄 Bruschetta was on the menu today at North Country Nursing & Rehabilitation! 🌿

Our residents had a wonderful time in Activities preparing fresh bruschetta from scratch. Everyone pitched in by chopping tomatoes, garlic, and basil, sharing laughs, stories, and plenty of teamwork along the way. There’s nothing better than bringing people together through food and creating something delicious to enjoy!

A big thank you to our Activities Department for planning another fun, hands-on experience that keeps our residents engaged, social, and smiling. ❤️

What an incredible day at our 2nd Annual Summer Celebration! ☀️🎉

On behalf of all of us at North Country Nursing & Rehabilitation, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who made this event so special.

First and foremost, thank you to our amazing team. Your dedication, compassion, and hard work are what make North Country such a special place. Every single day you show up with one goal in mind—to provide the very best care for our residents—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

To our residents and their families, thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives. It is truly an honor to care for your loved ones.

A special thank you to our local hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, community partners, and everyone who entrusts us with the opportunity to care for those in need. Your support and collaboration mean so much to us.

And to our wonderful community—thank you for coming out and making this year’s celebration such an incredible success! Seeing everyone together enjoying great food, music, activities, and fellowship made for a truly memorable day.

We are already looking forward to next year’s celebration. Until then, we wish everyone a safe, healthy, and wonderful summer!

There are simply not enough words to express how much you mean to our residents, their families, and our entire North Country family.

You are the gentle hands that provide comfort, the reassuring voice during difficult moments, and the familiar face that residents look for each day. You celebrate their victories, sit with them through their struggles, and care for them with a level of compassion that cannot be taught.

The work you do is not easy. It requires strength, patience, kindness, and a heart that continues to give, even on the hardest days. Yet time and time again, you show up and go above and beyond for those who depend on you.
