Reminder: There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Be gentle with yourself on the hard days; you are doing exactly what you need to do to cope and move through your own grieving process. No two people grieve the same, and that is normal and okay.
Try not to be too hard on yourself or to second-guess the way you are grieving. There is no timeline, no checklist, and no "correct" way to heal. Grief is not linear, and your journey is uniquely your own.
