Meet the one and only, GRETCHEN HULL! ReZist is thrilled to be spotlighting Gretchen as June’s Member of The Month!
❤️What’s your fitness why?
My why began with mood enhancer and weight loss goals way back when I started yoga ~ bravely, I might add! Then I challenged myself to do HIIT and cycling workouts, which I love, but something was still missing: STRENGTH! As I have aged, I have realized I’m never going to have my 20 year old body back - Instead, I want to have a body that will allow me to do all the things I do now, even when I’m 80!
🖤 When did you start coming to ReZist?
I started ReZist in September of 2025!
❤️ How has your body/health/mind changed?
My body has only gotten stronger! I can do things I once could not do, and I’m still growing! I continue to lift heavier weights and accomplish personal goals! Improving alongside of the incredible members makes me feel empowered!
🖤 What’s your favorite form of exercise at the studio?
My favorite class is AMRAP, which is funny, because I was afraid to try it when I first joined! I love the challenge of doing four moves over and over (especially my dreaded Renegade Rows!)
❤️ What keeps you coming back?
I keep coming back because of the people! When I had to miss so many classes in May because of “life”, something felt so off... Sure, I was still walking and doing some of the things I could do after school, but it wasn’t enough! The people at Rezist lift me up! Every. Single. Time!
