*****Dear Family Members/Responsible Parties****

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is the regulatory agency for nursing facilities, recently revised requirements for resident visitation.

Effective immediately, appointments will no longer be required for visitation. Visitors will be welcome anytime, provided they continue to participate in the screening process and do not exhibit any adverse symptoms which would warrant quarantine.

Masks, social distancing, and handwashing or use of hand sanitizer continue to be required. Facility staff will advise you if any additional precautions are required per individual resident needs.

Please contact the facility administration with any questions regarding this matter and thank you for helping us to keep our residents safe.
