🎉 CNA Week is officially underway! 🎉

We kicked off the celebration with a fun and refreshing Dirty Soda Bar! Our amazing CNAs had the chance to create their own custom drinks with a variety of flavors and mix-ins. 🥤

It was a great way to begin a week dedicated to recognizing the hard work, compassion, and dedication our CNAs show each day. Thank you for everything you do for our residents and our team - we’re excited to continue celebrating all week long! 💙

Rosie recently visited residents at Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center, bringing comfort, companionship, and plenty of smiles. Her gentle nature and friendly presence made the day a little brighter for everyone she met. 🐶

In honor of National Camping Month, residents gathered together for a delicious and engaging Cooking Group where we made a crowd favorite - S’mores Dip with graham crackers! 🍫🔥🍪

Everyone had the chance to customize their treat by mixing in marshmallow fluff, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, or a drizzle of caramel, creating unique and tasty combinations.

Cooking groups provide opportunities for socialization, sensory stimulation, creativity, and reminiscing while encouraging residents to stay active and engaged. ❤️

As they shaped and molded their creations, residents exercised fine motor skills, expressed their creativity, and enjoyed meaningful social interaction.

It was wonderful to see so much focus, laughter, and pride in each unique piece!

After experiencing multiple strokes and serious medical complications, Alexis came to Meadowbrook determined to focus on his recovery journey.

With the support of our dedicated team, he made meaningful progress each day, transitioning through care, participating in activities, and regaining strength and independence along the way.
