Hi and welcome! I'm Mariel, licensed therapist and owner of Mariel Arru Counseling, PLLC in Matthews, North Carolina. I started this practice in 2021. It was born from my deep belief in the power of the therapeutic process, and from my passion to help people live with greater freedom, joy, and fulfillment.
