Whether you’re looking to slow down, move with intention or just have a genuinely fun time on your mat.

A few highlights we’re especially excited about:

Katherine returns with her trauma-informed practice on the 4th, a space that is gentle, grounding, and unlike anything else on our schedule. Mia leads two Prenatal Practice sessions to support and nourish your journey.

And on the 21st, Noel brings us a Swiftie Fitness Flow because sometimes joy is the whole point.

This month we’re proud to partner with Mental Health Matters NC, a 501c non-profit working to reduce stigma and raise awareness around mental health in our community.

Their Mental Health Matters 5K was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that visibility around mental health can make people feel less alone in what they are going through.

As one of our goals this month, we will be donating a portion of May’s proceeds to support their mission.

If you want to show up in person, here are the details:
