Had a wonderful time connecting with women earlier today! We loved having our therapist, Jackie, representing our practice and spending time meeting attendees, sharing about the services we offer, and engaging in meaningful conversations about mental health and support.

We’re grateful for opportunities like these to connect with our community and be part of spaces that encourage growth, connection, and care. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello! 💛

Had a great time at the Mental Health Fair! We loved hosting the “Regulation Station” workshop alongside our very own therapist, Hillary Roxas, with special thanks to her talented husband for generously volunteering his time and bringing the music with his ukulele while kiddos explored how different types of music and movement can impact how they feel.

We also enjoyed connecting with attendees about our practice, sharing ways we serve our community, and building relationships with other local professionals.

Thank you to Matthews UMC for hosting such a meaningful event. We’re already looking forward to next year! 😀

Our founder had a chance to attend the NC chapters Women in Business networking event tonight in Charlotte, NC and meet other women making a difference in our community. Always so inspiring to be in a room with other business leaders.

Check out this new offering from, King Jones, CFMC co-owner, therapist, and dad!

King created the Six Week Reset for Dads for dads who are showing up, providing, and trying hard for their families — but still feel stressed, reactive, disconnected, or like something’s just been off lately.

This therapist-led virtual group is designed to help dads better understand what’s happening underneath the stress and learn practical tools they can actually use at home.

Over six weeks, dads will learn how to:
• stay calmer in stressful moments
• better understand stress, reactions, and patterns
• communicate more clearly with their spouse and kids
• show up more steady, connected, and present at home

No pressure to overshare. No fluff.
Just honest conversation, practical direction, and support from other dads who get it.

📍 Virtual Group
🗓 Wednesdays | 8:15–9:30 PM
📅 June 3 – July 8
💲 $300 for all six weeks

NEW GROUP ALERT!

King Jones is offering a new group for dads.

The Six Week Reset for Dads is a therapist-led group designed to help you understand what’s underneath the stress and to actually do something about it.

Each week, you’ll meet with a small group of other dads for guided conversation and practical skill-building. You’ll learn how to:
• Stay calm in the moment instead of reacting
• Understand what’s driving your stress and patterns
• Communicate more clearly with your spouse and kids
• Show up more steady, present, and connected at home
