I spent my Labor Day cleaning my whole entire house physically and energetically and it feels so good in here this morning! 🤩

We had to pack up and move most of our things in order to get our carpets cleaned and it has been a really good opportunity to get reorganized - it was also the perfect time to let some things go that I’d been holding on to for too long. 🗑️

I am loving all of the space that was made for something new to come in. I am ready! 🥰🙏🧚‍♀️✨

I facilitated a reiki session this morning in my beautiful Heart Space. Energy work is so fascinating. My inner guidance always shows me something new or different to utilize with each person and no two sessions are ever the same. 🥰🙏✨

What is Kundalini yoga?
One of the core principles of Kundalini yoga as a practice is integrating body, mind, and spirit. Not as an abstract aspiration, but as a practical framework for self-awareness and nervous system regulation. When people learn to bring these into coordination, the results are tangible: better stress responses, deeper self-knowledge, and more grounded relationships with others.

Kundalini yoga uses kriyas, mantras, and breathwork to move through a set of coordinated postures and meditations. This practice is thousands of years old, and takes some time to understand. That is not a warning, it is an invitation to approach it with patience and curiosity.

Allow me to be your guide as you access your inner wisdom, become one with your breath, and light your inner fire as you work with your own unique, energetic body.

I strive to hold a trauma informed space where all bodies feel safe to practice and process in their own unique ways. Mat and props provided. Come as you are.❤️‍🔥
