Meet the Staff: Jordan Arrington

Jordan is an incoming third-year pharmacy student at the UAMS College of Pharmacy with a strong interest in community pharmacy, pharmacy education, and patient-centered care. He currently works as a community pharmacy intern at Achor Family Pharmacy, where he has the opportunity to engage with patients, support pharmacy workflow, and see firsthand the impact community pharmacists have on the health of their local communities.

In addition to his work in the pharmacy, Jordan serves as a teaching assistant at the college and as Academic Committee Chair for SSHP. These roles reflect his commitment to leadership, mentorship, and advancing the profession of pharmacy.

Jordan is passionate about expanding the role of community pharmacies through innovative care models and organizations like Arkansas CPESN. He is excited to continue learning, serving, and contributing to efforts that strengthen pharmacy practice and improve access to care for patients across Arkansas.

Meet the Staff: Dr. Hannah Castleberry

Dr. Hannah Castleberry supports Arkansas CPESN as a program management team member, supporting statewide network initiatives and helping community pharmacies implement and expand Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services. She is also a full-time Clinical Pharmacist at Family Pharmacy in Maumelle, Arkansas, specializing in services such as medication synchronization, DSMES, medical billing, and point-of-care testing.

Dr. Castleberry completed the NCPA Innovation Center/CPESN Community Pharmacy Fellowship with Achor Family Pharmacy and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is passionate about advancing community pharmacy practice and helping pharmacies develop and expand sustainable clinical services that improve patient care. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

We are excited to announce Dakota as our new Chief Pharmacy Technician for Achor Family Pharmacy! 🥳

Dakota has been a tech with us since 2022 and is dedicated to providing the best service to our patients! She is a 7 year certified pharmacy technician and 4 years vaccine-certified. She has played an integral role in all aspects of our patient centered care and growth over the last 4 years.

We are so proud of Dr. Hannah Castleberry for being awarded Excellence in Innovation by the Arkansas Pharmacists Association!

Since beginning her career as a pharmacist, Hannah has prioritized our patients by implementing programs that serve them in collaboration with dispensing medications. She started and now runs our Med Sync program, our Test & Treat services and became certified to teach our Diabetes Program. She continues to pour into our profession as well by working directly with CPESN leadership, advancing community pharmacy in Arkansas.
