So fun seeing future neighbors already connecting before we even open! Today, several of our current depositors came together for the second time at Maumelle Park on the river to continue building friendships and getting to know one another. One of our future residents, Elizabeth, was unable to attend, but her daughter-in-law, Jacquline, stopped by to visit with us and share more about her mother-in-law, who will be moving to Riverside all the way from Texas. We love seeing these connections already forming and can’t wait to welcome everyone home in 2027!

Today our Senior Living Director, Tyler, stopped by to check on how things are coming along at Riverside property! There have been so many amazing and noticeable changes throughout the community, and we’re excited to see everything continue to come to life. Cabinets have already started being added to apartments on our third and fourth floors, and we are still on track for our early 2027 opening timeline!

A special thank you to Chandler with Buffalo Builders for showing Tyler around and giving an inside look at all the exciting progress happening over at Riverside!

As a reminder, while construction continues, we are currently meeting with individuals interested in learning more about Riverside at our Information Center located at 9839 Maumelle Blvd, next to Señor Tequila — not at the actual community construction site.
