Our model apartments are officially in the works and we are preparing to start showing them in the coming weeks! 🏡✨

We are so excited to finally welcome you inside and give you a first look at a finished apartment. Every day brings us one step closer to opening our doors, and we can’t wait to share Riverside at Maumelle with you!

Opening day is getting closer and closer! 🎉

As a reminder, please do not enter the property at this time, as it is still an active work zone. Once tours begin, they will start at our Information Center, and we will provide transportation to and from the property.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep everyone safe. We can’t wait to welcome you inside soon!

Employee Spotlight! 🚗✨

We’ve introduced you to Edith before, but we haven’t shared the full story behind her name!

Edith may have four wheels instead of two feet, but she’ll still be an important member of the Riverside at Maumelle team. She’ll help our residents stay connected to the places they need and want to go — from appointments and errands to outings around our community.

Her name also has a special connection to Arkansas history. Edith is named in honor of Dr. Edith Irby Jones, a groundbreaking Arkansas physician who made history as the first African American to attend and graduate from what is now UAMS in Little Rock. Her courage, determination, and dedication to serving others left a lasting impact on Arkansas and beyond.

We’re proud that our Edith carries a name with such a meaningful Central Arkansas connection — and before long, you’ll see her out and about helping our Riverside residents stay connected to the community we call home! 💙

Today, several of our future and prospective residents gather at First Security Bank for a live virtual tour of Riverside at Maumelle!

During the tour, we got a firsthand look at our studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with a sneak peek at our demo kitchen and outdoor common spaces. It was exciting to see the progress happening throughout the community and get a glimpse of what’s taking shape inside.

A special shoutout to Zach Arendt with Buffalo Builders for joining us and sharing so much great information about the progress happening throughout the building. We truly appreciate him giving everyone an inside look at how Riverside at Maumelle is coming together!

We’re getting closer every day, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone in to see our model apartments very soon!

We came together this afternoon for a special Happy Hour at our temporary office! 🥂 Our future residents got an inside look at The Riverside at Maumelle, including exclusive photos showing how some of our completed spaces are coming together, along with a closer look at the design features and finishes that will be found throughout our community.

It was a wonderful afternoon of conversation, connection, and excitement as we continue watching The Riverside come to life. We can’t wait to share even more progress with you! ✨

-Back-to-school events are in full swing, including our Story Corner events, celebrating our employee students, and residents visiting local high schools to wish students luck on the upcoming school year!
-Residents are enjoying the taste of summer with refreshing root beer float parties!

Congratulations to First Security Bank in Maumelle on 20 years of serving the Maumelle community!

We were so happy to stop by with lunch and help their team celebrate this incredible milestone! For two decades, First Security Bank has been a trusted part of Maumelle, serving our residents and continually showing their support for the community.

We’re especially grateful for the support First Security Bank has shown Riverside at Maumelle while our community is under development. From welcoming us into their space to helping us host informative events for our future residents, their partnership and generosity have meant so much to us.

Thank you for all you do for Riverside and the Maumelle community. Here’s to 20 incredible years and many more to come!
