Yoga on October 21 and November 18 is cancelled, due to too many good things happening at the art co-op! (A live drawing session is scheduled in the gallery for those nights, which you are all welcome to attend!) So the NEXT YOGA CLASSES are October 28 and November 4 and 11 @ 6:15. Last FREE yoga class of the summer tonight at 6:15! Then we'll break until September. Meet in front of Oh! Arts in Mauston.

FYI, there's an event tonight at the co-op, so we'll switch things up and walk along the River Walk to a shelter, enjoy some standing yoga poses al fresco, and walk back (class is about 50 minutes). Please wear walking shoes and check Facebook for updates if the weather turns!

Last chance to donate ($10 suggested) towards the Carl W. Nelson Animal Shelter (CWNAS)! We have already collected more than $500!!!
