This week at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation and Sterling Suites Senior Living enjoyed a visit from Dave & Cathy Gross!

Dave and Cathy Goss brought the music, and our residents were ready for it!

Their visit filled the room with favorite songs, smiles, and plenty of singing along. Dave and Cathy know how to get our residents involved and enjoying the music, and it’s always a wonderful time when they come by!

Thank you, Dave and Cathy, for spending the afternoon with us and giving our residents such a fun time together!

Today our amazing team members hit the course at the OHCA PAC golf outing! We were not only excited about being a sponsor and participating, but the air launcher on the 7th hole was AMAZING!

With temperatures climbing during this week’s heat wave, it’s important to take extra precautions, especially for older adults and those recovering from an illness, surgery, or rehabilitation.

Extreme heat can become dangerous more quickly than many people realize. Staying hydrated, spending time in a cool environment, and checking in on loved ones can make all the difference.

If you have an older family member, neighbor, or friend, take a few minutes to reach out. A simple phone call or visit can go a long way during periods of excessive heat.

Stay safe, stay cool, and take care of one another. 💙
