Reiki Level 2 is open to anyone interested in deepening their personal practice. It is especially appropriate for those who wish to incorporate Reiki into their professional work, including healthcare providers, yoga instructors, massage therapists, and mental health practitioners. This level provides the tools, techniques, and confidence to support others’ well-being while continuing to develop a strong personal practice.

Prerequisite: Must be a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Completion of entire course required for certification.

Yoga has taught me that there is so much more to our well-being than movement.

There is breath. Awareness. Presence. Emotion. And the ongoing connection between how we feel and how we move through our lives.

For more than three decades, Reiki has been another meaningful part of that exploration for me. Through practicing and teaching Reiki, I’ve continued to explore the relationship between our inner experience, our energy, and the way we engage with everyday life.

At its heart, Reiki is a practice of consciously connecting with life force energy. And while Reiki is often associated with giving treatments, Level One begins with you.

It invites us to bring greater awareness to our everyday lives and to our emotions, thoughts, breath, relationships, choices, and the energy we bring into each moment.

This exploration has also become the foundation of a book I’ve been writing, Life Force Alignment.

The book brings together what I’ve explored through yoga, Reiki, psychology, science, nursing, and years of teaching. At its core is a simple idea: life force energy is something we can experience, explore, and consciously work with in our everyday lives.

I’ll be sharing much more about Life Force Alignment soon.

For those who feel curious about this work, Reiki Level One is a beautiful place to begin.

8 Week Yoga Classes Begin Tomorrow & Next Tuesday in Concord, MA

Join Karyn Force and the Wellness with Care community for yoga classes!

Restorative Floor-Based Yoga-
A gentle, calming class incorporating floor-based movement, mindful stretches, and restorative poses. We’ll focus on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and allowing the body to relax and reset.

All-Levels Flow Yoga-
Looking for a little more challenge? This class combines flowing movement, including planks, lunges, and other strengthening poses. We’ll also incorporate floor-based stretches and restorative poses to help balance strength with relaxation.

Both classes offer options and modifications, so you can practice at a level that feels right for your body.
