Throughout the month of June, we're honored to support by donating 100% of proceeds from our Sunday 2pm Community Yoga Classes to help further their mission of promoting the health and well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community in Atlantic City and beyond.

This weekend, we pause, breathe, and remember.

Memorial Day is more than the unofficial start of summer—it’s a day rooted in deep remembrance. An interesting piece of history: it was originally called Decoration Day, first widely observed after the Civil War, when communities would gather to decorate the graves of fallen soldiers with flowers. A simple act… yet so powerful.

We honor the brave souls who gave their lives in service—those who never made it home, but whose legacy lives on in the freedom we experience every day.

At Zen Landing, we hold space for gratitude.
For reflection.
For the quiet acknowledgment that our ability to gather, to move, to heal… has been shaped by sacrifice.

So today, maybe it looks like:
• A moment of stillness
• A hand over your heart
• A breath filled with gratitude

We remember them not just in thought—but in how we choose to live, love, and show up.

Fresh air, sunshine on your skin, movement under the trees, grounding with community, and all the good Zen Landing vibes you’ve been missing.

Beginning Friday, May 15th, we’re bringing your favorite outdoor classes back to two beautiful local parks in Mays Landing!

Whether you’re craving strength, flow, Pilates, or peaceful movement in nature, there’s a little something for everybody and every BODY.

Lake Lenape Park East

The Grieving Goddess Group is a group space for women to learn tools, gather resources, and feel support while dealing with grief. This is a real and raw place to be seen and heard. Whether you're experiencing the loss of a relationship, a job, a loved one, or part of yourself you thought you'd always be, you will be held. Mandee & Jewell will share their personal grief stories and how they are able to grieve with grace. Your grief deserves a witness and the unconditional love to heal.

Grief moves through the body—and this practice creates space to meet it with compassion.

Join us for Yoga for Grief, a gentle, supportive class designed to help you process, release, and reconnect. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, yoga can help regulate the nervous system, soften emotional tension, and offer a sense of grounding during difficult seasons.

This class is led by Beth Lewis and is donation-based, with proceeds supporting Soaring Spirits International—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those navigating life after the loss of a partner, offering connection, community, and hope through shared healing experiences.

Come as you are. You don’t have to carry it alone.
