📍✝️ A Blessed Day of Fellowship and Reflection ✝️📍

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Gardens of St. Patrick, where they explored the beautiful life-size Stations of the Cross and spent time reflecting on the inspiring surroundings. The gardens provided a peaceful setting filled with faith, friendship, and fresh air.

After our visit, we made a special stop at Wendy’s to cool off with delicious Frostys, which were enjoyed by everyone!

A big thank you to our staff for helping make this outing such a memorable experience for our residents. We love creating opportunities for meaningful adventures and making special memories together. ❤️

🌎✈️ Visiting Places with Tabitha: India Edition! 🇮🇳

Today, our residents enjoyed another wonderful adventure through our “Visiting Places with Tabitha” program! Tabitha, our amazing social worker, took everyone on a virtual trip to India, where residents learned about the country’s rich culture, traditions, landmarks, and way of life.

To make the experience even more special, residents had the opportunity to sample delicious Indian cuisine, including Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala! 🍛❤️

Programs like these allow our residents to explore the world, learn about different cultures, and create meaningful experiences right here at Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Today, Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation had the privilege of honoring Janet Huff with a heartfelt Nightingale Pinning Ceremony. ❤️

The Nightingale Pinning is a special ceremony often held alongside hospice care to recognize a resident’s life, compassion, strength, and journey. Inspired by Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, the pinning symbolizes dignity, comfort, and honor during this important stage of life. It is a meaningful way to surround residents and their families with love, support, and appreciation.

Janet was honored alongside her son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, Buffalo Trace Hospice of Hope, and our MNRF staff. It was a beautiful moment filled with compassion, reflection, and gratitude as we celebrated her life and the many memories she has created with those who love her most.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special recognition possible. Please keep Janet and her family in your thoughts and prayers. 💐

🎤💙 Elvis was in the building at Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation today!

Our residents had an amazing time enjoying live entertainment with Bill Kelley performing all the Elvis favorites. The room was filled with smiles, singing, laughter, and even some dancing as everyone enjoyed the music and made wonderful memories together. 🎶🕺✨
