As you prepare to return to school, remember to continue to take care of your body and your mind. Self-care like getting enough sleep, eating regular meals, moving and playing, being creative, and talking about your feelings can help you stay focused and do well at school. If you're feeling overwhelmed or don't know what to try, talk to a trusted adult like a parent, teacher, or school counselor. You can also call or text 988 for support.

Have a young person in your life heading off to college this fall? Take time to
educate them on the importance of only taking medications as directed and
not sharing prescription medications with others. Some prescription
medications are sought after by college students to reduce pain, increase
focus, or get high. If your young person has a prescription for one of these
medications, talk to them about ways to keep their medications safe.
