For over 50 years, Hayswood Home Health has served the Buffalo Trace area with one goal: keep patients home, where they heal best. Our nurses, therapists, and aides bring full medical care directly to the patients.

Your generous donation means more than you know. It helps keep our doors open so we can continue the work that matters most — serving our community, supporting those in need, and making a lasting difference. All donations go directly to our general fund to support the cost of home health.

Wishing everyone an enjoyable long weekend and a meaningful Memorial Day. As a reminder, Hayswood Home Health offices will be closed on Monday May 25th, 2026, for the Memorial Day. As always, we have nursing staff available on-call, who can be reached by calling our regular office number (606) 564-9481 or (606) 845-1951.

Today we celebrated Hayswood's Administrative Professionals by treating them to a lovely lunch at Kim's Southern Table. From answering calls from our field staff, patients, and physicians, to ensuring insurance prior authorization, our administrative team works diligently to keep our organization running smoothly.
