Today we gathered to honor our monthly birthdays with delicious cake, wonderful company, and live music from Gary. 🎶 His music always gets toes tapping, hands clapping, and smiles shining bright!

🍷🧀 National Wine & Cheese Day 🧀🍷

What better way to celebrate than with a little wine, delicious cheeses, and great company? Our residents enjoyed their favorite wine paired with a variety of tasty cheeses while sharing laughs and conversation together.

We wrapped up the evening outdoors, soaking up the beautiful weather, listening to music, and simply enjoying each other’s company. Sometimes it’s the simple moments that make the best memories.

This weekend marks Nurse Tammy’s final shifts with us as she begins her well-earned retirement.

Tammy has been a dedicated, hardworking member of our team who was always willing to step up, pick up an extra shift, and lend a helping hand whenever needed. She brought not only exceptional care to our residents, but also a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor that could always brighten the day and keep everyone smiling.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Tammy as part of our Fisher family for so many years. Her compassion, dedication, and fun-loving spirit will truly be missed.

Congratulations, Tammy, on your retirement! Thank you for everything you’ve done. We wish you all the happiness, relaxation, and joy this next chapter has to offer. Enjoy every minute—you’ve certainly earned it!

Today our residents enjoyed watching The Grand Ole Opry, and it was wonderful to see so many smiles as familiar songs and faces brought back cherished memories.

Happy National Vanilla Ice Cream Day! 🍦☀️

After being stuck indoors last week because of the air quality, it felt so good to finally soak up some sunshine on the patio! Residents enjoyed a sweet treat of vanilla ice cream, fresh air, great conversation, and smiles all around. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the best afternoons.

Christmas came a little early at Fisher! 🎄❤️

A very special thank you to the Hilltop Women in Faith for joining us once again for our annual Christmas in July celebration. This has become a tradition our residents look forward to every year. From playing bingo and sharing gifts to enjoying delicious Christmas cookies, your kindness made the day extra special.

The fun started with morning exercises while ringing jingle bells, followed by a Christmas craft, Christmas in July bingo with our wonderful guests, and even a festive game of shuffleboard to wrap up the day. It was a day full of smiles, laughter, and Christmas cheer in the middle of July!

Thank you, Hilltop Women in Faith, for helping create such wonderful memories with our residents. We can’t wait to welcome you back next year! ❤️🎅🎁
