for children 0- 14 y/o:

👻 New or gently used Halloween costumes
🎃 Masks
👻 Accessories
🎃 Unused & unopened makeup
👻 Trick or treating bags/pails

1 YEAR!!!

1 year ago today marks the day I walked out of my office at my community mental health agency for the last time.

It also marks the first day of this incredible adventure I began.

I'm in awe of all the amazing, kind and beautiful souls I've met along the way. 🫶

Some days are hard, frustrating and surprising but its also been fun, exciting and full of support and love.

If this all has happened in only a year, I can't imagine whats in store, but I'm ready for it!

"May every sunrise hold more promise, and every sunset hold more peace"

Tiny ways to bring more play into your day:

✨️Put on your favorite song and have a 2-minute dance party.
✨️Color outside the lines.
✨️Blow bubbles with your kids (or by yourself!).
✨️Build something with LEGO or magnetic tiles.
✨️Tell a silly joke.
✨️Swing at the playground.
✨️Play with your pet.
✨️Skip instead of walking (yes, really!).

Healing doesn't always have to look like hard work. Sometimes it looks like laughter, curiosity, and a little bit of silliness. 💜
