DAY RETREAT is almost here! 🤰

The day will begin with a yoga flow designed for expecting bodies, followed by a catered lunch. The afternoon will include presentations from our doula, pelvic floor physical therapist, lactation consultant, and massage therapist.
Our day will end with handing out (some pretty incredible) raffle prizes! 😍

This is a day PACKED full of community, support, priceless information & techniques to help you along your birthing journey. ❤️
