POV: Your client tells you they actually like your mental health stickers.

Me: "Wait... you actually use them?!"

But seriously... if a tiny sticker gives someone a reminder to be kinder to themselves, practice a little self-compassion, or just smile during a hard day, I'll take the win. ✨

Sometimes the smallest reminders can make the biggest difference.
