Be willing to be a supporter & a receiver.
Truly celebrating & playing in this quick span of years we get- staying there for more than just a day.

It’s our sincerest pleasure to introduce Valerie. She has a beautiful soul, full of radiant sunshine to share.

“My name is Valerie & I’ve been practicing yoga for about 5 yrs. I began practicing mostly to ease the symptoms of anxiety. Through finding the connection between mind & breath, I realized yoga has established a strong foundation for my entire life. Not only have I kept my anxiety on a “dimmer” so to speak, but the light that has sparked inside of me has helped to transfer what I’m learning about myself on the mat, to how I can overcome challenges in real life.
I love challenging my body & the rhythm of my breath with every new flow & teaching has always been on my bucket list!”
