And luckily I have been able to focus on not overeating BECAUSE I was already building and practicing a sustainable foundation of lifestyle habits 🗣️🙌🏻💪🏻✨

If I can give any tips, develop that sustainable foundation before considering this type of medication and always always consult your doctor 👩‍⚕️ 🧑‍⚕️
