May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, a reminder to protect your skin every day.
Skin cancer is common but largely preventable. One of the easiest ways to reduce your risk is by using sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days.
Experts recommend a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Apply it generously and reapply every two hours when outdoors.
Simple habits like wearing hats, seeking shade, and covering up can also make a big difference in protecting your skin health.

May 5: Night clinic closes early at 9:00 PM.
May 6 (Morning): Patients with scheduled appointments only.
May 6 (Afternoon): Walk-ins and regular operations resume!
