Welcome to Dr. Sparrow’s DreamStar Counseling Practice and Supervision!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Texas, I work with individuals, families and couples in my private practice located in McAllen, Texas. I also serve as an LPC Supervisor in Texas, supervising LPC-Associates for their licensure requirements.

Many of our LPC-Associates see clients within the practice. Also, several LPCs have "graduated" into their own independent practice, and continue to work with DreamStar clients, as well. Julie Sparrow, our Practice Manager oversees our group practice.
