Julie is a 200-hour certified and 95 hour children's yoga graduate of the Shanti Yoga School. She has been teaching yoga to big kids at Shanti Yoga Studio in McCall, Idaho since 2015. Her playful approach to yoga has recently led her on a big adventure to dedicate herself to teach movement & mindfulness to children. Julie believes music, play & belly laughs can connect us to the present & our true
